GCC is a Mexican cement producer with a US footprint centered on Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and the surrounding Southwest and Mountain states. It supplies cement, ready-mixed concrete and aggregates in those markets and appears regularly on state DOT approved-source lists in the region. Outside that territory the name rarely comes up.
