Batch ticket (delivery ticket)

The document delivered with each load listing the mix, quantity, batch time, ingredients, admixtures, and any water added on site. It is the load's legal record.

What does batch ticket (delivery ticket) mean?

The ticket is the first document reviewed when a slab underperforms, because it establishes what was batched, when it left the plant, and what happened to it afterward. Signing for water added at the site shifts responsibility for the resulting strength away from the supplier. Batch time also governs discharge time limits.

In practice

Keeping tickets from a residential pour costs nothing and is the only evidence a homeowner will have if the driveway fails.
